An overview and comparison of the current most popular mesh VPN options like Tailscale, Zerotier, and Netbird, and how to use them to connect your computers and networks together.
In this talk, you'll learn about mesh VPNs like Tailscale, Zerotier, and Netbird. I'll provide a comparison of their different features and use cases, how they compare with Wireguard, and discuss my experiences using them to connect both local and remote computers and networks together. Mesh VPNs are potentially useful to anyone who has a home network they want to securely access remotely, a cloud-hosted server running private services, or even multiple remote networks that you want to be able to seamlessly access from any one of the networks.
