Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery are lovely concepts. Make the computer do the work! So why do all the solutions... suck? And in what ways do they suck?
We just want reliable and repeatable builds. How hard can that be?
Dive in and do a survey of how all the options are trash-tier, with some solutions working best for some projects. All of the solutions from Jenkins to Github Actions to Woodpecker to Drone to ArgoCI work, but they all have problems.
The space is ripe for Good solutions, perhaps solutions that focus on a subset of the CI/CD task.
